Legs: Oversew right leg seam. Oversew left leg seam. Crotch: Turn the right leg the right way and keep the left leg inside out. Now place the right leg inside the left leg. Match up "both sides" of crotch evenly. Oversew crotch seam. With whole garment inside out, thread shirring elastic in and out through top rib at hips (starting at back and ending at back) and tie elastic at ends. ( NB: Shirring elastic threads through darning needle just like yarn.) Secure and tidy loose yarn ends.
